Welcome to Optimum World Charity Inc. Read these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy carefully before using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services" and "Products"). They serve as an enforceable contract between us and contain information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By using our Services and Products, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of them, do not use the Services or Products.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to revise and update these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to notify you by posting a notice on our Site and sending an email to registered and paying users. Your continued usage of the Services after such changes will mean you accept those changes.

"You," "your," "User," and "User of the Services" means any person or company who accesses or uses the Services for any purpose. By accessing and/or using the Services and Products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, and otherwise legally qualified to enter and form contracts under applicable law.

Information About Us

Optimum World Charity Inc. operates the Services from the State of Florida, United States of America, as a 501(c)(3) Charity.

Access

Access to our Services is permitted temporarily, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without prior notice. From time to time, we may restrict access to parts of the Services to people who have registered for a course with us.

License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Optimum World Charity Inc grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable limited license to access and use the Services in the manner intended by the Services. This license allows you to use the Services, but does not allow you to reproduce, copy, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without prior express written consent. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Optimum World Charity Inc. We may revoke your license at any time in our sole discretion.

Your Account

We may ask you to create a user account to access certain parts of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that you will only provide complete and accurate information to us in connection with your Account. You cannot create your Account in a manner that impersonates another person or business. If you violate this policy, we may terminate your Account and delete all your Content.

You must treat all usernames and passwords as confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission, you should immediately notify us.

Content

We refer to all content uploaded, posted, or communicated to or through the Services as "Content." Your Content includes your posts, images, photographs, video and audio recordings, artwork, reviews, testimonials, comments, ratings, and interactions with other users.

You agree not to post Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, is illegal or obscene, is threatening or defamatory, or constitutes commercial solicitations or spam.

You grant Optimum World Charity Inc. a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your Content throughout the world in any media. You remain solely responsible for your Content.

Payments

You agree to pay Optimum World Charity Inc. all fees associated with any purchases made by you through Services. Optimum World Charity Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update fees and will communicate any price changes to you in advance.

Termination

Optimum World Charity Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice, for any reason (including, but not limited to, if you violate these Terms) or for no reason.

Proprietary Materials

All concepts, information, and materials on the Services (including trademarks, logos, graphics, course materials, and images) are the proprietary property of Optimum World Charity Inc. and/or our third-party licensors and are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

You have the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal device, and to copy and download the Materials for your personal informational use only. This limited right terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms.

Opti-Life Makeover Challenge Guarantee

After you complete the entire Opti-Life Makeover Challenge, if you are not satisfied with your progress, you may request a refund of the full registration fee that you actually paid. Request a refund by emailing info@optimumworldcharity.com. Your request must identify the participant, the registration email address, the dates of participation, and the basis for the request.

A refund requires full participation in the Challenge, attending all scheduled sessions on time, and completing the practical guidelines and exercises to the best of the participant's ability. The Company will evaluate eligibility using attendance, participation, and completion records. If a participant withdraws from participating, or if a request is submitted before completing the entire Challenge, a refund is not eligible under this Guarantee.

The Guarantee does not promise any specific personal, health, financial, professional, or other outcome.

Prohibited Conduct

You are prohibited from: providing false or misleading information; impersonating any person or entity; accessing another user's account; harvesting or collecting information about users; accessing content or data not intended for you; attempting to probe or scan the vulnerability of the Services; interfering with the use of the Services by any other user; or creating additional Accounts to promote yourself or others.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before either party starts arbitration, the party asserting a dispute will send the other party written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

U.S. residents: Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act and Florida laws govern this arbitration provision.

Non-U.S. residents: Unresolved disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by JAMS under its International Arbitration Rules. The legal seat of arbitration will be Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.

Individual proceedings only: Disputes must be brought only in individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

OPTIMUM WORLD CHARITY INC. AND THE MATERIALS ARE EDUCATIONAL. THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SERVICES DOES NOT PURPORT TO OFFER ANY MEDICAL, LEGAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, THERAPEUTIC, RELIGIOUS, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Indemnities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by using the Services, you agree to indemnify and defend Optimum World Charity Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from all losses, damages, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Services, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Consent to Receive Electronic Messages

You consent to receive electronic communications from us, such as text messages, emails, and mobile push notifications. You can opt out of promotional emails using the "unsubscribe" link in any email, or opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
